ALBURY ALL SEASONS TOURIST PARK RULES

RECEPTION

Hours 8.30am - 5.30pm. Late check-in is available with prior arrangements for any time. Reception Phone number (02) 6025 1619

ARRIVAL &DEPARTURE5

Check-out is 10am. Please ask for late check out prior to the day of departure to see if available.  Check-in 2pm in accommodation & 12pm on sites unless previously arranged.

DEPOSITS

All bookings require first night tariff as deposit with balance due on arrival. Deposits on cancelled bookings more than 7 days from the arrival date will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee, cancelled bookings within the week prior to booking will have a 1 night cancellation fee deducted. Please discuss circumstances with our Managers for their discretion if genuine or Covid reasons apply.

Please note ALL online bookings must be dealt with via the booking agent.  We can’t cancel or refund online booking unless through our own webpage.

Christmas/Easter/Melbourne Cup/Long Weekends holiday bookings payment in full is required one week prior to arrival. Any cancellations will be subject to our cancellation policy.

PLAYGROUND

Open 8am to sunset. For children under 15 years. Do not smoke around the playground. Parents to supervise children at all times while on or around play equipment. Anyone engaging in anti-social or dangerous behaviour  will be removed from the playground immediately. Please note Playground can be closed during Covid outbreaks for the safety of guests however the playground at the park next door will be open.  We apolgise for any inconvenience.

BBQ AREA

Open 7am to 10pm. Noise should be kept at a respectable level at all times especially at night. Please respect other guests at all times for noise & leave BBQ's clean after use for other guests. If attention is needed please inform phone the office for assistance.

AMENITIES BLOCK

Open 24 hours, except for cleaning. If attention is needed please inform reception. Children to be supervised at all times. No recreation devices (i.e skate boards) to be used around amenities. Disabled bathrooms located at main amenities.

LAUNDRY

Open 8am to 10pm. Washing machines and dryers. Washing machines cost $4 per wash. Clothes line area is next to laundry & amenities block.

DRIVING IN PARK - SPEED LIMIT 8 KPH.

The park is a shared zone. Roads are not to be used for driving lessons. Only registered  and insured vehicles to be driven. Please be aware of children and be ready to stop.

SECURITY

Keep all belongings secure and vehicles locked. Cameras are on 24 hours. You are responsible for your belongings although we try to ensure all guest belongings are secure we are not responsible for your belongings. Should you need any assistance please contact reception.

VISITORS/EXTRA VEHICLES

Visitors are welcome. They must register on arrival at the office. Guests are responsible for their visitors. All visitors must park in visitor’s car park. Allocation of 1 vehicle per site please notify us of any extra vehicles prior  to arrival. Please ensure your guests are courteous to all other guests in the park.

PETS 

We love having dogs/pets at our park & the dogs love it too however to keep it safe for ALL our guests (including your pet) please read the following before booking:

  • Pet owners agree to take full responsibility of any personal injury or damage caused by their pet whilst within the confines of the park and to pay for any claims of compensation in relation to the pet’s activities.
  • Pets are to be kept on a lead at all times.
  • It is the owner's is responsible for picking up 100% of the pets waste and disposed of in the Waste Bins (not in recycling or green waste)
  • Please ensure your Dog/pet is not imposing on other peoples sites.
  • Pets must NOT be left at the park without their owner.
  • Under no circumstances are they allowed in on-site accommodation with exception to our Pet Friendly accommodation
  • For Health and Safety reasons, Pets are NOT allowed in Communal areas  such as the Office, Camp Kitchen's or pool & playground areas.
  • The dog owner must agree the Park Manager reserves the right to evict any guests whose dog is deemed noisy, disruptive, agressive or is the subject of complaints from other guests.  The owner's sole responsibility to control and manage their dog.

Please be aware some guests may have pet allergies or be fearful of pets, please be courteous of other guests we are here for everyone to have the best possible stay.

LOCAL INFORMATION

There are a variety of brochures & information at reception. Tourist information Centre is found at Railway Place, Cnr Smollett and, Young St, Albury. Ask us for our list of places to visit whilst in this area.

              RUBBISH

              Please securely wrap rubbish and place in bins at bin areas.

NOISE

Please respect 10pm noise curfew. Excessive noise could lead to your party being asked to leave the park and forfeit any fees paid.

POWERED SITES

Electricity leads connected to our power outlet must be 15AMP and “tested and tagged”. Use of double adapters not permitted.

EARLY DEPARTURE

No refunds given for early departure or inclement weather. If you depart before 8am place your key in the return box at reception.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Please ensure your accommodation is left neat and tidy, eg: washing up done & rubbish removed.  A cleaning fee of $50 for excessive mess or for intentional damage the cost of repairs.  This will be photographed and charged if deemed to be excessive or unlawful

STANDARD POLICIES SUMMARY         

  • Bookings are not confirmed until the required security deposit of one night’s accommodation has been paid and receipted. (Please note that if the booking is for one night only – full payment is required)
  • We attempt to keep guest on their requested site however it is not guaranteed, if absolutely necessary your booking may be moved to another equal value or upgraded site.
  • Bookings cancelled within 7 days are not entitled to refund however if the accommodation/site be rebooked for an equal period of time a refund less the cancellation fee of $50 will occur. Management will make a case by case assessment of special circumstances.
  • Where bookings are cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival, the 1st nights tariff will not be returned.
  • No refund will be given after arrival/check-in. (i.e. No refund for early departures)
  • Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
